Which one when

A day trip from StockholmGoMore: an owner's car by the day; congestion tax applies in the centre.

A few days around Gothenburg or MalmöGoMore: the only car-sharing service a visitor can sign up for.

Over the bridge to CopenhagenGoMore with abroad cover added before the trip; the bridge costs DKK 470 one way at the booth.

With a small childGoMore: filter for cars with a child seat.

Between cities and countries

GoMore: you return the car where the owner tells you, so plan a round trip.
Abroad: GoMore's insurance covers the EU/EEA and Switzerland, only if you add abroad cover before the rental starts.
Øresund Bridge to Denmark: DKK 470 one way at the booth, DKK 420 online.

Before you go

GoMore: 21+, licence held 1 year and valid for driving in the EU; with a foreign licence, bring your passport.
Without Swedish BankID, GoMore checks your licence plus national ID or passport. Get verified before you travel.
KINTO Share, OKQ8 Bilpool and Hyre sign you up with Swedish BankID (KINTO also asks for residence in Sweden or Denmark), not for visitors.

Be ready for

One option for visitors, and it is peer-to-peer: you depend on each owner accepting your request.
Congestion tax 06:00–18:29: up to SEK 135 a day in Stockholm (SEK 105 off-peak), SEK 60 in Gothenburg.
Winter tyres are compulsory from 1 December to 31 March whenever roads are wintry.
Without abroad cover you may not drive the car out of Sweden.
