Private, shopping-centre and airport car parks are not included. You pay, and ending a trip there is penalised.
Before you go
Check official travel advice first: because of the war, the UK Foreign Office advises against all travel to most of Ukraine, including Kyiv and Dnipro, and against all but essential travel to Lviv. Ukraine's airspace is closed.
Register with a photo of your licence and a selfie (or through Diia); checks usually take 10 minutes, at most 24 hours.
Getmancar doesn't publish its rules for foreign licences. Ask support before you rely on it.
